Wir haben daher die Reklamationsbearbeitung in unseren Webshop implementiert, damit Sie einfach und unkompliziert Hilfe bei Ihrer Reklamation erhalten k\u00f6nnen. Nach dem Ausf\u00fcllen des Formulars wird es mit einem einzigen Klick an das F&H Kundencenter gesendet, das f\u00fcr die weitere Bearbeitung zust\u00e4ndig ist.<\/p>\n

In F\u00e4llen, in denen wir darum bitten, die Waren zur\u00fcckzusenden, schicken wir Ihnen einen R\u00fccksendeschein per E-Mail, der den Waren f\u00fcr die Gutschrift beigelegt werden muss. Andere Waren werden in \u00dcbereinstimmung mit den geltenden Regeln und Bestimmungen gutgeschrieben.
